Something about yellow bananas and kitties. I have 4 (unrelated neutered) males and 3 of them are bananas about their catnip bananas - been looking for something like that as they have played out their 2 old bananas (that came with scratching posts.

I don't miss an opportunity to check out any toys for our babies. So I saw the banana and said hey why not I like bananas maybe the cats will too. Taj loves it he takes it everywhere and the shape is perfect for kicking around. It's so much fun to watch the little guy carrying his prized banana all around the house.
It's been a few months since we purchased it and it smells brand new. Not like the other catnip toys which lose the catnip scent a few days later. This the real thing.

Both my cats LOVE these things - if I say, "Anybody want the yellow nanner?" they come running!
I bought a 3 pack so they'd each have their own and one spare. These last for months. I kind of "crunch" them up a bit to release fresh catnip frenzy fragrance each time I give them one to play with - they can have it til they walk away from it, then I put it up til the next time. That way they don't get tired of it.
It's big enough to "bunny kick" and bite at the same time, and it's pretty hilarious to watch the girls going crazy with them.
They pretty much ignore anything else with catnip, but these MUST be atomic-powered because the girls just LOVE them!

Over the years I have purchased many catnip items from all over the place and by far these banana's are their favorite. Not just that they love the catnip, but there is something special about the banana shape. I have 6 cats and I have gotten other shapes of the same catnip and they all want to play with the banana's!
